Andrew Bienstock, a beloved optometrist known for his kindness and dedication to his patients, passed away unexpectedly. He was a cherished figure in the local optical community, remembered for both his professional expertise and the warmth he extended to friends, colleagues, and patients alike.

Andrew began his career at Sterling Optical, where he built lasting relationships with staff and clients. Later, he became the owner of Spare Pair Optical in Staten Island, where he continued to serve the community with compassion and integrity.

Colleagues recall Andrew as a mentor and friend, someone whose generosity of spirit and commitment to others left a lasting impression. Beyond his professional life, he was remembered for his quiet generosity, his thoughtful nature, and his ability to make those around him feel valued.

Andrew is survived by his family and the countless friends and patients whose lives he touched. Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 noon Monday at Plaza Memorial Chapel, 630 Amsterdam Ave (91st), New York, followed by burial at Mt. Ararat Cemetery on Long Island.

He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
